Awaken Her is a five-hour immersive workshop and women's circle devoted to softening into the body, reclaiming sensuality, and remembering the fullness of your pleasure as your birthright.

Through breath, voice, movement, and touch, we'll explore what it means to come home to the feminine body - beyond shame, beyond conditioning, and beyond the ways we've been told to suppress or perform our sensual expression.

Together, we will:

❤️‍🔥 Release layers of shame and suppression around sensuality through story telling and group sharing.

❤️‍🔥 Awaken the voice, breath, and body as pathways into presence and embodiment through practices involving self touch, toning, vocalising, and gentle, intuitive movement.

❤️‍🔥 Sit in circle with women, sharing nourishing food and drink while integrating the practices.

❤️‍🔥Reclaim pleasure as a source of power, nourishment, and truth.

This is not about performing or being "more" of anything, it's about remembering what already lives within you, and giving yourself permission to inhabit your body with softness, honesty, and depth.

What to bring:

❤️‍🔥 Something to add to the Altar (fresh flower, crystal or something that represents your relationship to pleasure and sensuality.

Meet your facilitators:

Aaria

Aaria is devoted to guiding women back into their bodies through practices of breathwork, Tantra, and intuitive movement. Her work is rooted in deep trust of the body's wisdom, creating spaces where women can safely soften, release, and awaken their natural sensuality.

Monique

Monique brings her gifts as a Music Therapist and practitioner of Feminine Embodiment and nervous system work. She weaves music, somatic awareness, and gentle regulation practices to support women in meeting themselves with compassion, presence, and depth.

Together, Aaria and Monique create a space that is both grounded and expansive - an invitation to explore your sensuality, awaken your pleasure, and reclaim your truth in the company of women.
