WOMB STEAMING AT HOME

Here's a step-by-step guide to performing a womb steam at home using a toilet or squatting over a bowl:

Step 1: Gather Your Supplies

Gather your supplies: your 40-gram packet of Organic Womb Steaming Herbs, a large bowl or basin, a towel or blanket, and a comfortable seat (toilet or stool) positioned over the bowl.

Step 2: Prepare the Herbs
