Rewilding Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum
Birth is not an event to be managed. It is a rite of passage that reshapes a woman at every level.
My work is devoted to supporting women to birth in sovereignty, trust and deep connection with their bodies, their babies, and their own inner authority.
I offer grounded, non-medical support for women choosing undisturbed, physiological birth at home, alongside conscious preparation and reverent integration in the months that follow.

My Role as a Birth Keeper
I am not here to manage your birth or override your instincts.
I walk beside you. Offering emotional presence, practical guidance, embodied wisdom and steady support as you prepare for and move through birth on your own terms.
My work is rooted in trust in the body’s innate intelligence, respect for a woman’s autonomy and the understanding that birth is as much a spiritual and psychological threshold as it is a physical one.
I do not provide medical advice or intervention. Instead, I support you to remain resourced, informed, and anchored in yourself as you navigate pregnancy, birth and postpartum.

Pregnancy: Preparing the Ground
Pregnancy is not simply a waiting period, it is the beginning of the rite.
During pregnancy, I support women to deepen trust in their bodies, tend to fears or questions that arise and prepare emotionally, energetically and practically for birth.
This may include:
- Ongoing pregnancy support (in-person or remote)
- Emotional and nervous system regulation
- Birth preparation and intention setting
- Mother Blessing Ceremonies, held as sacred preparation for birth

Postpartum: Integration & Care
The weeks and months after birth are a potent period of integration.
I offer gentle, grounded postpartum support to help you process your birth experience, tend to your nervous system and anchor back into your body after the intensity of pregnancy and birth. This may include:
- Birth debrief sessions
- Emotional and somatic support
- Practical postpartum care
- Ritual and ceremony for integration
- Closing of the Bones and Womb Massage

What is a Freebirth?
Freebirth, also known as unassisted childbirth, is the intentional choice of giving birth without medical assistance or intervention. This decision often involves delivering the baby at home or in a non-medical environment without the presence of healthcare professionals such as doctors or midwives.
