Welcome to Embodied Breathwork and Sound Immersion—a transformative journey designed exclusively for women. Through the combined power of breath, body, and sound, we will access altered states of consciousness and unlock deep healing.

Our bodies hold memories that our minds may forget. By breathing in a connected way, we tap into our body's innate healing powers.

During this event, we will use shamanic breathwork, sound healing, and embodied/somatic movement to release stuck and heavy energies from the body, along with the stories and beliefs tied to them.

This women's only event is perfect for you if you are seeking:

- A release from old baggage, trauma, suppressed emotions, or negative behavioral patterns.

- Enhanced self-awareness and a deeper connection to your higher self, purpose, and overall joy and fulfillment.

- Alignment, healing, and a profound reset.

- A reconnection to innate, soul, and ancestral wisdom.

- Greater self-love, intimacy, and connection with yourself and others.

What to Bring:

- A yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye pillow, and bolster (optional).

- A bottle of water, journal, and pen.

- Comfortable clothing.

What to Expect:

- Opening Circle: Clearing and Grounding.

- Introduction to Breathwork.

- Shamanic Breath and Sound Journey.

- Somatic Movement and Embodiment.

- Journaling, Sharing, and Integration.

- Supper (something warm and nourishing) afterwards.

Due to the nature of intense breathwork, certain conditions may prevent participation. These include:

- Pregnancy.

- Severe PTSD.

- Severe mental health conditions (e.g., Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizophrenia, Psychosis).

- Recent hospitalization for psychiatric conditions, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past three years.

- High blood pressure.

- Detached retina.

- Epilepsy.

- Recent surgeries.

- Heart conditions.

- History of seizures.

- Severe asthma.

- Diabetes.

- History or diagnosis of aneurysms.
