Mugwort is an aromatic flowering plant that belongs to the daisy family, Asteraceae.

Known to herbalists as Artemisia vulgaris, Mugwort is named after the lunar goddess, Artemis, and, like the moon, invites us to travel with her from the material world into the magical. Mugwort, ‘the witches herb’, has many physical and spiritual benefits.

Use your Mugwort as a tea or a tincture. The leaves have a downward and warming action in the body, encouraging digestion, easing gas and nausea, and stimulating circulation to the uterus, which can help to promote menstruation.
