Private Breathwork & Sound Session

Facilitated by Braden combining breathwork, vibrational sound healing and somatic touch. 

Braden combines Breathwork with Sound Therapy, using crystal bowls, drums, chimes and tuning forks. As well as bodywork, somatic release points to aid in releasing trapped energy and emotion from the body alongside Polarity Therapy. 

Braden has a very gentle approach to his work and stays true to his Rebirthing Breathwork foundations. Always coming back to gentleness.
