These sessions are DEEP, and tailored specifically to you. Aaria works primarily with two different Breathwork styles: Rebirthing Breathwork and Conscious Connected Breathing.

Combining Breathwork with Sound Therapy, using crystal bowls, drums, chimes and tuning forks. As well as bodywork, intuitive and strategically touching specific areas of the body to aid in releasing trapped energy and emotion from the body.

What is breathwork?

Breathwork is a therapeutic practice where we use the breath to induce deep states of peace and relaxation that aids in the body’s natural ability to heal itself. 

And what you may not understand (yet!) is that breath is so, so much more than a simple bodily function! Breath is our connection to life. It is the bridge between the worlds. We enter life on the first inhale and depart on our last exhale.

Our breath breathes us into existence and therefore breathwork is more than just a healing modality. It awakens us to Spirit. It is the portal through to life and death. It activates birth and death cycles within our mind, emotional and somatic bodies. It opens us to multi-dimensional realities, to the innate wisdom of our heart and the godliness of our being.

I believe that the portal through to higher states of consciousness is through our body. Which is why I take an embodied approach to breathwork. Combining Breathwork and Embodiment. So that you stay grounded, connected and are able to easily integrate the experience afterwards.

 

 

Aaria’s background & what you can expect:

My background is in Rebirthing Breathwork, which is a gentler approach to Breathwork. We’re not forcing the body to have a release or activating trauma. Yes, big releases can happen! And if they do, it’s coming from an organic place. You may experience many somatic and body-based releases during your session, from subtle to profound, and all is normal and welcomed.

You may cry, you may laugh. Your body may twitch and spasm. Maybe you’ll experience other dimensional realities or meet your spirit guides. Anything is possible and I promise to go into full detail on the day about the different experiences you could have.

Breathwork is a serious modality! And I’m very passionate about creating safe containers (sessions) that are trauma informed.”

 

CLIENT SAFETY:

For your own safety and integrity of the session, it is necessary that you let me know if any of the following apply to you:

 

  1. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  2. If you have any cardiovascular or respiratory issues, epilepsy, or extreme sensitivity to sound.
  3. If you have recent trauma or been diagnosed with PTSD, CPTSD, Bipolar, or Schizophrenia.
  4. If you are on any medications.
  5. If you are struggling currently with substance addiction.
  6. If you have had a recent surgery or physical discomfort that would limit you from being able to lay down for a long period of time.


Preparation:

Preparing for your session is important. You want to feel ‘ready’ and prepared.

Things to consider are:

 

  1. Getting a good nights sleep the night before
  2. Avoiding coffee or other stimulants the day of your session.
  3. Journalling or reflecting on your intention. What are you hoping to get out of the session? What

 

Integration:

Integrating the session takes time and gentleness. These sessions are BIG and we shift a lot of energy during them. Some things to consider:

 

  1. Creating a relaxing/nourishing rest of the day/evening to land after the session.
  2. Giving yourself time and space to sit with your thoughts and emotions in the following weeks after your session.
  3. Supporting the body with nourishing foods and plenty of water.
  4. Prioritise grounding. Staying off social media (if that calls to you) spending time in nature, walking barefoot, moving your body. Etc
