AARIA CLAIR
ConnectAaria Clair is a trained Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator, Doula, Yoga Teacher, Somatic & Sensual Embodiment Coach.
Aaria started her journey well before she consciously realised it. From struggling with mental health as a teenager and never really feeling like she “fit in”, Aaria began paving her own way. Not a graceful journey she admits, but without the many f*ck ups and miss-haps she confesses it would be impossible for her to be here today, able to share what’s she’s learnt in a very real, very felt and embodied way.

MONICA MASON
ConnectMonica is a trained Holistic Doula and Support Worker.
Monica appreciates slow and steady growth. She’s not one to rush, and confesses that her journey has definitely been a slow and steady one, dotted with obstacles from mainstream society. Her journey started at University, studying a Bachelor of Science majoring in Zoology, and although studying fed her mind’s hunger for knowledge, and her heart’s desire to be of service, she quickly realised the University system was not for her.

BRADEN ARMSTRONG
ConnectBraden is a trained Rebirthing Breathwork Facilitator, Polarity Therapist, Yoga and Meditation Teacher.
Like Aaria, Braden also spent most of his life feeling “different” and like the black sheep of the family. Unsure of his direction in life and after many years of rebelling, Braden always knew he was going to make difference and held on to a feeling that life had a greater plan for him.
